How do I to regain control is a conversation that is happening all over the world. Here are 7 ways to take back control and start to sustain performance in your life.

Do you find that:

Are you too busy with meetings and emails to get your work done?

Are you constantly reacting to other’s problems and not dealing with your challenge first?

Does this lack of control stop you from finding time to do the things you need to, most important tasks, training and sleep?

Working hard and longer is not the answer, and if we do not change this, then things can snowball and lead to:

Reduced performance at work

Loss of job – increased stress and anxiety to find a new role.

Increased risk of burnout and underperformance

In this podcast, I talk about the seven ways to take back control and start to sustain performance. 

I hope that it helps you remember that taking back control starts with you; no one will do it for you. There are times during the day that we need to be reactive and proactive, of course. The more proactive we are, the reactive we can be.
